I did not visit Proeve but Hof Soltau. Fam. Soltau sold asparagus time in the minor s of the real markets asparagus potatoes. Berries and much more. Very good taste, organic quality. In the own farm shop and stalls even more. You should have tried it.

Very cozy inn, which opens for special events. In the Pröve Hof very beautiful rooms are offered for celebrations by prior arrangement. Food and drinks can be chosen according to your own taste. Occasionally there is also the possibility to brunch. Here should be pre-ordered. Recommended house ...

We had a very nice, unforgettable celebration. The food was great, the service always on the ball and the "bosses" are also great. I can only recommend :)

We had on 26.05. a very successful celebration in the Pröve Hof. The warm hospitality, the excellent food and the friendly attentive service we really enjoyed. In the summer weather, we use the adjoining garden. There was a small open air concert organized on our request. Thank you very much for making this possible. For us and our guests, you have thus made an evening possible that will be remembered for a long time. Many, many thanks for that.
